In recent years, students have won over 1,580 awards in various competitions at all levels. Among them, there are over 70 international awards and 429 national awards, including 18 first prizes in the National Vocational College Skills Competition, and 158 awards in the National Finals of the "Challenge Cup", "Internet Plus", and the China College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Over 97% of the graduates have found employment in key regions such as the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, with more than 59% of them working in Nanjing. Over 60% of the graduates are employed in key industries such as new-generation information technology, software, high-end equipment manufacturing, and new energy. More than 40% of them are working in high-quality enterprises such as the world and China's top 500 companies, leading enterprises in their industries, central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, national defense science and technology industries, and high-tech enterprises. The school has always adhered to and strengthened the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committee over the school's work, taken moral education as the fundamental task, adhered to the people-centered development ideology, persisted in deepening reform and innovative development, and carried forward the spirit of struggle. It has gathered the tremendous force of unity and determination to overcome difficulties, and taken the mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country. It is actively creating a new round of national "Double High Plan" construction school, and building a vocational school with the comprehensive ability to cultivate vocational undergraduate talents and a benchmark institution for high-quality development of vocational education in China.
