Guangxi Eco-engineering Vocational And Technical College

The institution boasts a long-standing heritage and an aesthetically pleasing campus environment. Established in 1956 as Guangxi Forestry School, it is situated in the northern ecological new district of Liuzhou City—a city renowned for its rich historical and cultural legacy, prominent industrial base in southwestern China, and status as a sub-provincial central city in Guangxi. Liuzhou serves as a key node and logistics hub within the Western Land-Sea New Corridor and plays a leading role in the West River–Xijiang Economic Belt. Notably, it is the only city in China hosting complete vehicle manufacturing operations by all four major automotive groups: FAW, Dongfeng, SAIC, and Sinotruk. In recognition of its achievements in integrating industry and education, the city has been designated as one of the first national pilot cities for industry-academia collaboration by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education. The campus itself features a serene and scenic setting, encompassing the national AAAA-rated Guangxi Ecological Science and Education Garden—an attraction dedicated to ecological conservation, cultural promotion, and science popularization—as well as the picturesque national AAA-rated Junwu Forest Park.
