Liaoning Petrochemical University (LiaoNing Petrochemical University), located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is a multi-disciplinary provincial key university featuring petroleum and petrochemicals. Liaoning Province, PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC jointly build universities.
