In 2000, 2001, and 2004, Zhejiang Finance School, Zhejiang Preschool Normal School and Jinhua Railway Driver School were successively merged. Counterpart support to Quzhou University, and jointly build Jinhua Institute of Technology with Jinhua City. As of March 2022, there are 3 campuses in Jinhua (school headquarters), Hangzhou (Wener Campus, Xiaoshan Campus), and Lanxi, composed of 20 colleges (including independent colleges); there are more than 28,000 full-time undergraduate (specialist) students (Including independent colleges), more than 7,000 graduate students (including 1,143 part-time graduate students), more than 3,000 international students; there are 70 undergraduate majors, 11 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 1 professional doctoral degree authorization point, and 30 first-level disciplines Master’s program, 16 professional master’s degree categories, 7 post-doctoral mobile stations, 2 national “111 Plan” discipline innovation and intelligence introduction bases; 5 disciplines have entered the top 1% of ESI in the world, and 20 disciplines have been listed as first-class disciplines in Zhejiang Province
