Tips:

1. Details about airport/train station pick up service:

(1) The pick-up point is the airport/train station where the university is located. If the university’s located city doesn't have an airport, students will need to take the train/bus to train/bus station in the university’s located city, then Party A will pick them up from there. If a pickup service is required from a nearby city’s airport, the Party B will be responsible for the additional transportation costs, the exact amount varies from the distant from the airport to campus.

(2) The airport pickup service is limited to the student and their familiy member with 4 suitcase/bag(up to 1 accompanying person), as more than 1 accompanying person may cause the car to be unable to carry luggages. If there are more than 1 accompanying person, an additional fee of US$15 will be charged for each additional car.

(3) Each student may bring a maximum of 4 suitcases. Exceeding the stated luggage limit may result in the car being unable to accommodate the luggage. If additional carswill be required, and the Party B will be responsible for the cost of the additional car(approximately for each additional car).

(4) The airport pickup service does not provide the transportation service from the university campus back to the airport. If a drop-off service is required, a separate transportation fee and service fee will be charged,the exact amount varies from the distant from the campus to airport.

2. Details about accommodation booking service:

(1) If the university offers on-campus dormitory and reservations can be made online in advance, Party A will be responsible for reserving it for Party B. However, due to the high competetion of on-campus dormitory at some universities, Party A doesn’t guarantee a successful on-campus reservation.

(2) If the on-campus reservation is unsuccessful (or the university does not offer on-campus dormitory), Party A will be responsible for arranging an off-campus apartment for Party B. Party A will find a minimum of 3 apartments and a maximum of 10 apartments for Party B. If Party A has provided Party B more than 10 off-campus apartment options and Party B is still not satisfied with the available options, the service fee will not be refunded.
